FTGR Capital Joins Forces with #NotInMyCity at the 4th Annual Motors & Music Charity Fundraiser, Raising Awareness and Critical Funds to Combat Human Trafficking

Calgary, AB — April 30, 2025 — FTGR Capital, an alternative investment management firm specializing in private credit and real-asset strategies, proudly supported the 4th Annual Motors & Music Charity Fundraiser on Saturday, April 26 at the Air Partners Private Jet Hangar, Calgary International Airport. The gala event—hosted by Canadian country music icon Paul Brandt and benefitting his #NotInMyCity initiative—brought together private-aviation elegance, super-car excitement, and live music to shine a spotlight on the fight against human trafficking in Canada.

More than 600 guests walked the red carpet into an evening of immersive experiences, including a luxury aircraft showcase, super-car displays, live and silent auctions, and high-energy performances by Brandt and a surprise multiple JUNO and CCMA Award–winning artist. With Lina’s Italian Market curating gourmet food stations and signature cocktails flowing throughout the night, attendees also tested their skills in golf- and race-simulator competitions for prize packages donated by sponsors.

Saturday’s fundraiser was a powerful reminder that — together — the business community can drive real change.”

All proceeds from the evening support #NotInMyCity’s national awareness campaigns, survivor services, and frontline training programs. Last year’s edition raised $274,000; early estimates indicate that 2025 totals will surpass that benchmark, with final figures expected later this spring.

FTGR Capital’s involvement extended well beyond sponsorship. Team members volunteered on‑site, amplified the campaign across social‑media channels, and rallied clients and partners to join the cause. During the silent auction, the firm further boosted the evening’s fundraising by purchasing six exclusive items—including a signed pair of Charles Leclerc’s Scuderia Ferrari F1 driving shoes—helping to propel the event toward a record‑setting total.
